Infrastructual SDGs
The infrastructural group focuses on five SDG goals relating to what we, as the UAE Changemaker Collaborative, believe to be focused on infrastructure within the UAE. Students within this group should derive inspiration from these topics when brainstorming ideas of projects to work towards. The SDG goals included in the infrastructural group are pictured on the left.
Environmental SDGs
The environmental group focuses on 5 SDG's that highlight the needed areas of improvement in order to better a communities environment. This group includes educating communities on the importance of the environment as well as actively participating in creating solutions for issues regarding the environment. Possible activities could be, cleaning up the beach, cleaning up the mangrove habitats, and even raising awareness at our own schools to the major climate crisis.
Societal SDGs
The societal group focuses on 6 SDGs that revolve around the idea of societies and the rights of human beings. These goals work together to offer people a more comfortable lifestyle. Those in the societal group will work on improving the general well-being and happiness of those around them. No one is expected to save the lives of many, but improving someone's day within these goals is one small step in the right direction. Examples of projects and activities that can be held within this sub-group are volunteering at centers for people of determination or teaching staff members at separate schools more valuable language skills.
